Purpose built, full size, all weather arena, 60x40m
A stunning 60x40m purpose built all weather arena is available for hire. This beautiful arena has arena grade lime as its surface, which provides excellent footing, perfect for dressage or jumping as it is very consistent and not too deep. The arena has a full set of dressage letters, and is immaculately maintained and groomed on a regular basis. A ring-side mounting block is also provided.
The arena is big enough to facilitate a full show jump course, and is ideal for lessons, clinics, competitions, small groups and more. Enquiries for any sort of function are welcome.

Flood lit, perfect for riding on those short winter nights
The arena is fully flood lit which is perfect for the evenings during winter when there is not enough light after work. The flood lights work perfectly to completely light the entire arena, making it easy for you and your horse to school or have lessons without having to reschedule.

Full show jump course available for use
Not only does Montana Horse Arena provide you with a gorgeous surface to work on, but it also provides you with a full course of show jumps for you to use. A good assortment of rails, stands and wings are available. Jumps can be moved around - but we do follow a ‘leave it how you found it’ policy.
NB. Any breakages must be reported and paid for ($25 per pole)

The Wendy House / viewing hut
The affectionately known Wendy House provides you with full tea and coffee making facilities, including a bar fridge and biscuits. A white board and cork board is also available, along with coat hooks and shelves.

25m round pen
The closed in 25m round pen is great for green or young horses. The soft grassy surface provides good footing, and is excellent for lunging. We have also used it for non-confident riders, and for kids coming off the lead rein.

Paddock & yard hire
Montana Horse Arena offers beautifull maintained paddocks for hire. Troughs and hoses are provided.
single horse $10/day, two or more horses $5/horse/day
We also provide yards that are available for use at no extra cost whilst there for a lesson, otherwise prices as stated below.
$5 for a half day, or $10 for a full day

Hi-Fi system and CD player available for use
Are you keen on riding your horse to music, or have a freestyle dressage test to practice? Montana Horse Arena provides a CD-player for you to play your music. Speakers can be set up around the arena upon enquiry. Must be put away after use.

Great parking is available with lots of room for floats and trucks, providing the perfect location for groups and clinics. The grounds are kept in immaculate condition. Please enquire with us for any sort of function requests or ideas.
